1. General Information
   These terms and conditions govern the use of this website and participation in the event. By using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
2. Ticket Purchase
   Ticket purchases must be made through the official ticket distributor “UAB KAKAVA.” Ticket prices, including applicable taxes, will be clearly indicated during the ordering process. Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person with the event organizer’s consent.
3. Event Cancellation or Changes
   The organizers reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or alter parts of the event, including speakers, topics, or the event schedule. Participants will be informed of any such changes in a timely manner. Refunds will only be provided if the event is fully canceled.
4. Privacy Policy
   The event organizers will collect and store personal data provided during registration to manage the event. All personal data will be processed in compliance with applicable privacy laws and the event’s Privacy Policy.
5. Behavior During the Event
   Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully throughout the event. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or actions that infringe on the rights of others will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without a refund.
6. Intellectual Property
   The event organizers retain all rights to the intellectual property related to the event, including, but not limited to, presentations, materials, and recordings. Participants are not permitted to record or distribute event content without prior written consent.
7. Liability
   The event organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the event. Participants assume full responsibility for their personal safety and personal belongings.
8. Force Majeure
   The event organizers are not liable for any failure to meet their obligations due to circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
9. Changes to Terms
   The event organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the event website, and participants, continuing to use the website or attending the event, agree to the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
    These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, and any disputes arising from these terms will be settled by the courts of this country or region.
